Terms and Conditions

ATTORNEY’S FEES:

We prefer to do business in defined, managable segments. We offer a fixed fee basis for most tasks, after review of your disclosure. Our engagement will define the task and the expected outcome . If you want us to provide additional services, we will discuss and agree to those services in a separate Agreement at that time.

EXPENSES:

Expenses will anticipate additional expenses within the scope of our agreement. If we anticipate expenses associated with your matter, we reserve the right to ask you to pay the cost in advance either through our office or directly to the service providers.     

TERMINATION OF REPRESENTATION AND POST-REPRESENTATION MATTERS:

Either party may terminate the representation at any time, subject to our obligations under the Rules of Professional Conduct and the approval of the court if the matter is in litigation.

You further acknowledge that the firm shall have the right to cancel this agreement and withdraw from this matter if this agreement is in violation of any ethical or local rules, if, in our professional opinion, the matter does not have merit, you do not have a reasonably good possibility of obtaining the result sought, you refuse to follow the recommendations of Attorney, you fail to abide by the terms of this agreement, and/or if Attorney’s continued representation would result in a violation of the Rules of Professional Conduct.
